Non-IT consulting and professional staffing
Clinical operations, regulatory affairs, finance and accounting, human resources, sales support and administration — the professional roles that keep a business running, filled with the same rigour we apply to technical hiring.
Technology is only part of what you have to staff
A clinical trial needs data managers and monitors as much as it needs a validated database. A funded finance transformation still needs someone to close the books each month. A growing sales team needs coordinators, analysts and contract administrators long before it needs another platform.
Cloud Data Vision recruits across these functions with the same screening discipline we use for engineering roles: real conversations about the work the person has actually done, verified references, and honest notes on where a candidate is strong and where they are not.
Because we work on both sides, we can also staff mixed teams — a business analyst alongside a data engineer, or a regulatory writer alongside a statistical programmer — under one agreement and one account manager.

How we screen non-technical roles
Soft skills are harder to test than a coding exercise, so we test them deliberately.
Role and culture intake
Beyond the job description, we ask who the person reports to, how the team communicates, what the first ninety days look like, and what has caused previous hires in this seat to leave.
Structured behavioural screening
Every candidate goes through a competency interview against the specific behaviours the role needs — prioritisation, stakeholder handling, accuracy under deadline — with notes shared to you.
Functional and systems check
We confirm working knowledge of the systems named in the requirement, whether that is a specific EDC platform, an ERP module, an ATS or a claims system.
Reference verification
Two references contacted before shortlist, with the questions we asked and the answers we received summarised in writing.
Presentation and follow-through
Shortlist delivered with a fit summary, salary expectations, notice period and any reservations we have. Nothing is hidden to get a placement over the line.

Most of our non-IT placements are in regulated or process-heavy environments where accuracy matters.
